Continous deduction in balance without using any additional services

Dear sir/madam

i am using airtel prepaid from last three years, but from last two days

they are deducting my balance continously.so that when on 24 dec

my balance become nil then there were no deductions till 8pm of 25dec.

but when i recharged my mobile my balance started deducting and with

in two hours i lost my more then 250 rupees.

now from 24 dec i am trying to stop these services but AIRTEL has not

responded me and deducted my more than 250 rupees while i am

continously calling to dnt deduct any balance on 25dec10.

so i request you to take immediate action to resolve my problems.
