Airtel Prepaid
Not recharging

I have a karnataka prepaid number of airtel. I am in andhra pradesh (roaming) and i recharged for RC 360.The amount is not being added to my acount even though the message recharge succesful was recieved my the person recharging my phone, even though my phone has not recieved such a message. The code for this recharge 935869299.

i am unabe to contact customer care as it says account balance is low, even though customer care is supoosed to be free
