Service Activation

I am Deepak Gayke (9730746991) using Airtel Prepaid past 5 yrs. In these yrs many times Airtel Activates Add-On services without asking me or it's consumer and charging Activation fee.

Recently on my mobile, Friends Chat Service was Acivated without giving any prior information to me and charged 30 Rs. for a month. After calling to Call center Mr. Kartik Nadar Airtel costomer care Executive speaking lie that I have called to Activate the service and speaking ruddly.

Thank You take action immidiate and refund money.
