Topup problem

1. I top uped my mobile nymber 7709872606 on 30th Dec with amount of Rs.99 using netbanking, but my mobile got recharged by only Rs.10. Also Rs.99 was deducted from my account.

2. When I called to customer care service of airtel mobile I was put on hold and tranfered several times and after that I was told that nothing can be done I need to go to nearest Airtel office.

3. When I logged in Airtel site for complaint, the page gets refreshed once you save it.
