Repeated sms for recharge - promise of talktime higher then the recharge value - i.e. recharge for Rs.35/- and you are credited with Rs.22/- with a message that says that the balance Rs.28/- will be credited after 48 hrs. This never happens and when contacted the customer care always puts you on hold. Message received on my cell on 14.11. Recharge for Rs.10/ and Tall time Rs.12/- - EXTRA TALK TIME Rs6/ credit after 48 hrs.
