my name is yunus motorwala, i have a prepaid connection of airtel, my cell no.is 919724689299 .sir i never told the company office of gujarat. to activate the service of news alert 53030 but they activated it and for this they are deducting 5rupees for every five days. i tried several time to contact customera care executive of airtel but they dont pick my phone .i also send the sms several time but they are sending the sms that my sms cant be processed.pls help me nd deactivate this service..
