Deduction of money by activating services without my knowledge

I am an airtel prepaid user since two to three years, but from last two months airtel has started deducting moneys by activating services which i didnt even asked for. after too many complaints also the money deducted was not refunded to me. even contacting to the executive of customer care i was not even given the complaint numbers.the customer care executives are not helpful and even i asked them to connect me to their senior executive they refused to do so. im veryhelpless now please provede me some solution tomy problem.
