Unhelpful staff & improper billing

I have been using airtel mobile for some years now - and, aprart from the reckless cutting of balance, am satisfied with the service. However, since some days, I am experiencing that the customer care executives are being very unhelpful, curt and keeping customers on hold for 11 to 12 minutes until finally we cut the call. Once they have answered our call, what do they become so busy with for keeping us on hold, that too, without even asking our mobile number!

Without my requesting, some useless services like beachbabes, sizzling whatsoever, etc. are being added to my service and balance is religiously cut everyday. Moreover, they inform me that I have myself asked for it! I got to know just now (obviously, from some other source) that even if you OPEN an SMS, you automatically get subscribed to the service!!

When I call to complain, I am made to feel insulted and as if they are doing me a favour by taking the trouble to answer my call. Anyway, immediately I am put on hold for 5-6 minutes and then they come on line to ask my mobile number! What were they doing for so long? I am again put on hold for 7-8 minutes and finally, I have to cut the call because, there is work to be done, unlike the executives at the Airtel Customer Care Centre.

Please can someone look into this matter seriously - at least about improving customer care responses and subsciption methodology? That is, if they want customers to hold on to Airtel service.
