Airtel Prepaid
Wrong Deduction of Money

Dear Sir,

I am airtel mobile user with prepaid SIM mobile no.-9650213351. For past few months I am noticing that AIRTEL is wrongly deducting money from my account on false subscription of services. This time on I got a message from AD-54321 QUOTE "Thanks for downloading DartsDolls from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 50. Join Gamesclub at http:/gclub.in".

This amount of Rs. 50 has been deducted from my account DESPITE THAT I HAVE NEVER EVER SINCE THE DAY I GOT THE SIM, I SUBSCRIBED ANY SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE.

I very often hear such type of complaints from other persons also and I am confident that this is a DELIBERATE AND MALICIOUS PRACTICE adopted by the management of the company to increase its INCOME by CHEATING the customers and practing unfair trade practices under MRTP.

I request AIRTEL to immediately refund to my account Rs. 50/-

else I shall proceed legal action against the Board of Directors of the Company who are solely responsible with the affairs of the company.

I also request to STOP all types of promotional advertisements on this mobile number.
