Charging for free services

My mobile number is 9789031499 i was charged for browsing 0.facebook.com which is a free service on 15 jan. i recharged for Rs 35 on 7/01 and i had a offer of full talktime but i did not get the full talk time till now .i did Rs 35 recharge twice and was promised to get full talktime within 48hours.

i request you to kindly see to the matter and even i spoke to customer care on 11/01. his name was Jayprakash and he told it would be rectified.

i did not expect this type of service from airtel.i am being a customer for past 5 years and this is not the way to earn money honestly.
