This is reagarding balance deduction. My balance is getting deducted even if i dont have any value added Services except Missed call alerts.

is this kind of cheating???

This is really irrirtating ..you are using this kind of system for deducting because people wont normally calculate the amount when they make long calls???

I want my money to be credited back.

I think Airtel is the first comapy to charge for customer care call.

And your customer care no 198 if we call they will instruct to wait but they disconnect the line. whats the use of customer care for 24/7
