Airtel Prepaid
Deduction Of balance

I am using airtel prepaid connection since couple of years. My mobile# 9890114560.Due to some reason I was not using this number but use to recharge it regularly to keep the number active. However when i started using number again got to know there was daily 1 Rupee deduction for VAS service which i never activated. I got to know it was some Islamic portal service which was activated. I called up customer care number 198 twice asking for answer but executives were sh rude enough to disconnect the call on both occasion.

I am simply asking for my money back which was deducted for the service which i never used nor did i activated.
