50 Rs. deduction

Dear sir,

i am a airtel customer.my airtel no is 9729346136 i want to say apply for Rs.22 gprs plan on my no. but this survice not start and Rs.22 deducted from my account balance immediately.after this i complaint the customer careof airtel they said that my problem solved on 21.1.2011 but my problem is not solved and the gprs plan is reactivated after 3 days and my Rs.22 deducted from my account balance. plaese give me my money back.
