Reverification of the Document

Hello Sir / Mad'm
I got a SMS form airtel cust. care on 29th Of Jan '11, that I need to submit my documents once again
for the reverification of the same. I find it bit piculiar why should a client needs to re-submit the docs. Its the responsibility of the company to take care of their clients records.
They even mentioned in the msg that I need to submit the docs at my earliest else they are going to deactivate my out-going & in-coming service simultaniously.
According to me they should send a verification call to the cust. instead of asking for the docs. I will be highly obliged if you guys can do something and help me sort out this problem.
