Airtel Prepaid
Wrong ammount diduct

I'm user of Airtel Prepaid service. Yesterday i was suffur form the service of Airtel, Actually the wrong amount deduction from my mobile no. 919818102383. I did make a call in Airtel Customer care no. 198 and talk to Ms. Jaspreet. she told me that u have need to wait for 2 Days. But i'm not satisfied from her answer.

I humbel request to u that plz give me a positeve respnse regarding my account balance deduction. I did not use any services of Airtel, If i'l get a satisfied answer or " ve" response then i have to stop ur Airtel or Disconect the services of Airtel.
