Deduction of amount

I had submitted a complaint on 5th February about excess deduction of more than Rs. 100 from my prepaid balance without any reason around 4th February. Complaint no. 30205094166. Since I did not receive any reply I once again compliant on 14th Complaint no. 20214661282 & 20214573211. I have been constantly contacting airtel on 121 & 198 and either they say the system is not working or they will get back to me within 24 hrs.
