Alance deducted unnecessarily

Daily Rs.5 are deducted from my balance and today's the 3rd day.

i had recieved a message that i have been subscribed for world cup alerts.

i have been calling customer care and 198 since 3 days but all lines are busy.

i have also unsubscribed by dialling *121# on 17 february. still balance is getting lost from my account.

i dont understand whats the problem with airtel? first they unnecessarily activate such schemes and then deduct the balance. And when customer calls them they don't even recieve the call.

in december also same thing had happened. Rs.10 were straightaway deducted from my account and when i had called customer care no action was taken. i then also had mailed my complaint. but no action was taken by airtel.

all this really leaves a very bad impression about airtel on my mind.

i want Rs. 25 back in my account. i hope some action will be taken by airtel this time
