Customer care not attending call

Why is airtel customer care not reachable or always busy.. its busy even when i call in midnight or early morning at 6am.

i have got some complaint.

Rs.20 have been deducted from my balance. i am calling customer care since so many days.

why is airtel not willing to listen to their customers complaints? there is no such problem with all other companies like vodafone and tata indicom.

i am extemely worried.. i need balance urgently and airtel is deducting balance unnecessarily by activating world cup alerts on my number.
