Airtel Prepaid
After activating sim i have'nt got a balance

Sir,

I am ratnesh singh. i have purchase a Airtel sim from 'Ajay Telecom' Sector-15 near uion bank atm, noida at 17/02 but till now i don't have any balance from airtel and his dealer talk me in bad manner . my mobile no is: 8130625914 and sim no : 8991101101194851594.

please take action and reply me as soon as possible so that i should know that i found my balance or not.

It's not only me story but also some other airtel customer in which mobile no: 8130625916, customer name Adeeb rabbani, it's also include in this case. so many customer are cheated by airtel dealer . so i humble request to you take action on ajay telecom which is a dealer of airtel..
