Sudden illegal change in the tariff

Sir, my name is shankar, my number is 9611102104, my tariff plan was suddenely changed without informing me on 24/02. when i was going to complaint them they were rejecting the call. i had free messeges of 150 in my above stated number. when i was going to send messege my 5rs has been deducted as they charged 1rs per 1 messege thats not fair. so treat this as important complaint .please recover my gone 5rs thanking you yours sincerely shankar.jjq
