Unauthorised deduction of balance

Dear Sir, I am eight month old customer of Airtel Prepaid Delhi region(# 9871033567), one day (around 12-14 January) with balance message I got Dial *xxx*x#(toll-free) for Airtel Call manager (ACM). But, when I dialled that number I got a sms that Rs. 5/= has been deducted from my account for providing ACM service to me for 5 days. I de-activated the service immediately. Again, when I get recharged my number, Airtel deducted Rs. 30/= for providing the ACM service for 30 days without my request and prior approval of mine. Is Airtel losing customers due to MNP and by this way they are compensating for their lose.
