Unable to connect to the Customer care representative

Today i called 121 for customer care to have discussion with customer care representative.

I have a complaint regarding there very bad service:

I tired 3 attempts to call customer care representative even they are charging .50 paisa for 3 minute after forwarding call to representative my call got disconnected.
