Deducting of money

No response y amount is getting deducted my acount, i have recharged 62 rupees on my no. i got deducted in main balance.they have given me up 2 14th time but no response. Again i have 2 cal for that . finally gave after 10-15 days on my force.stupid net work.sincemany years we r in the same net work i dont know y they r doing like this, 9963355990
