Deduction of balance

I am using Airtel prepaid. Yesterday (27/02) without my knowledge Airtel customer care activated love pack deducted 10 Rs from my account. After that i called customer care informed regarding this instead of getting back the money they activated cricket pack and deducted 30 Rs more from my account.yesterday night i could not sleep because they keep sending cricket update even after finishing the match. Kindly do the needful.thanking you for your kind consideration.
