Airtel prepaid Customer Care 121 is the most frustrating and you cannot get connected to the operator. I have been trying since 27th Feb and it never gets connected inspite I agree to pay 50p/3 min AS PER THE RECORDED MESSAGE.

I paid Rs57 on 27th Feb. 2011 for getting 1p/sec call to US but I still get charged Rs 6.40/Min. Again I paid Rs 57 on 4th Feb. and still being charged Rs 6.40/min.

I have been trying to call 121 but no response. I have never faced such terrible service in my life.
