Charged for services which not used by me

Dear Sir /Madam,

I am Shrikant Chopade working with a MNC company, Iam using Airtel Prepaid service for mobile.

few days back i got some fraud value added service by company which is explained in detail below

i have not requested or submitted any message to the company for the hallo tune services which is activated on my mobile & a big amount deducted.i asked for the evidence or record of request sent by me to the company but they don't have it and denies to refund the deducted money to my account,

i was unaware about it and company don't have any record that i am using this service,

this is complete blind and fraud business by Airtel network.

We would like to inform you that the amount of Rs.75/- has been deducted towards the Hello Tune Service on 09-03-11 (Rs. 15/- for the Downloading and Rs. 45/- towards the Advance Rental).)

Please take this for the investigation and reply me for the result
