Wrong billing cheating

I am having airtel connection no. 9903204200 and every now and than airtel deduct charges towards some or other value added service latest example is chat services which i never subscribed best part is that you do not have any recurse available to address problem.what best can be done is that airtel says you have unsubscribed the service and money will not be refunded.
