Airtel Prepaid
Not recharged

I have recharged for an amount of Rs333 on 20/02 vide tran id:207902539 for my mobile: 9701862988 thru my a/c and I received confirmation that it was successfully paid to airtel from my banker (ICICI). but it was not recharged. despite many attempts, I am fed up with airtel customer care which has not provided solution and is a pathetic service to experience with which I never had with.

please look in to it on to recharge or credit back my money failing in which I will switch on to portability for all my family members.
