Airtel Prepaid
Value added service activated without consent

Today on 19th MAR airtel cricket score service has been activated without my consent. When I called the customer care executive he told me that I got a call on my mobile but the fact is that nor I received any phone call neither I received it.

This happened for the second time in last two months. This is something which can not be tolerated.
