Dear Sir,
Kindly consider My Complaint, My Airtel sim card is nothing but my e-pick pocketer to me. since 5 months i think, every week it is charging Rs.10, in the name of Radiao Mirchi (A Local Radio Channel), though i never used to listen. The most important thing i want to complain to you is, though here i have free radio listening facility, how i again activate this plan, how foolish it is to activate.
Please note this piont.
on 4th of January i have a e-voice phone call and asked me to activate some no. for activating the radio listening plan., i just rejected and kept aside my mobile, but surprisingly, without pressing any no. on my mobile, that plan was activated and started to cut Rs.10 per week.(AA-59830) **** if this company has any proof to show that activation done by my side, i am ready to pay Rs.2000 as fine to my complaint.
if not, please just give back my money, which havebeen charged up to now.
why i did late to complain.
very next week i tried lot to ask that customer care regarding this, no response from there and at last i tried for paid customer care, that lady i dont know, who is, asked me to wait for a while, you believe or not i have waited for 40 minutes for that and no response from them., they have repeated this several times, and i have no time to ask them, for this also i lose Rs.20 and my precious time was wasted.
(Height of lose: One day my PR officer was absent, so i went to AIRPORT to receive a VIP (IGNOU Director), i tried to communicate with her over phone call, suddenly my balance was in minus, how fraud it is, if there is no balance they are keeping minus balance. that day programme was delayed, and so much happened...)

sir, this is one more fraud done by AIRTEl prepaid, Every day they are charging Rs. 1 for 3 Months, i have no time to ask them, one fine day one lady (customer care) suggested me to consult technical dept. of Airtel, i called them but there was no response, they also repeated same, and asked to me to wait for a while, that day i waited for 10 minutes and balance is over, call was cut in my mobile.
the main thing i came to know after some discussion one day with one Customer care lady is, my mobile has no sufficient technology to utilize this Game plan. i asked them whether they know my mobile company name, they said correctly,
i questioned them, though you know my mobile has no sufficient configuration how do you activate this plan, there is no response and simply they cut the phone, all this happened 4 months Back.,
i have all the SMS details to produce daily wise charges and weekly wise charges..
total money i lose
for radio w.e.f. 04/01 - 16 weeks - Rs.160
for gameniteclub w.e.f.16/11 - 30/03 - Rs. 100
Paid customer Care amonut - Rs.25
Total is Rs.285.
Please consider My complaint and justice me.
