Unauthorized deduction of money

Airtel has a tendency to deduct the money without asking consumer whether he asked for service or not. I am KS Shukla mobile No. 9936480025 Recharged my account with Rs. 444/-, by seeing the money in my account this airtel started its business and deducted RS. 15 for blog amitabh as it has done earlier also. Kindly ask them to return my money deducted for the services I never opted for, Thanks
