Airtel discontinued in-use number without informing

Hi,

Airtel dsicontinued my prepaid number without informing. It was with me for 10 years and even had a balance of Rs 200. The number was working fine till May 10th and on May 11th - suddenly number is discontinued. Called customer care - they DONT KNOW the reason. They said it will get resolved in 3 days. No update. What to do!!!
