Unwanted balance deductuions

Dear sir,

i often faced the unwanted balance deduction from the company giving so many excuses. The similar case occur on 25 may when my balance of Rs 25 was deducted from mobile no. 8295109509 and I had submitted the complaint to customer care with complaint no. CBDCC30525491697. After that no desired response was made by customer care as they blamed me for this deduction. Kindly solve my problam related to this matter and plz supress the undesired dominance of the athority I will be very thankful to you.
