AIRTEL PREPAID IS CHEATING ME . PL IMMEDIATELY REFUND MONEY UNAUTHORISEDLY DEDUCTED BY AIRTEL SINCE MAY ON ACCOUNT OF THIS OR THAT PACK UNHEARD OF BY US.

I.) ON 17 TH JULY, I PAID RS.222/- FOR BUYING TALK TIME FOR RS.201/.
AFTER MAKING A 10-15 SECONDS CALL, I WAS SURPRISED TO KNOW THAT BALANCE LEFT IS ONLY RS.189. WHEN I ENQUIRED FROM 121/198 CUSTOMER CARE, THEY SAID SOME FRIEND CHAT SERVICE IS ACTIVATED SINCE 15TH MAY AND THEY ARE DEDUCTING MONEY FOR THE SAME. I WAS SHOCKED AS WE DID NOT OPT FOR ANY SERVICE PACKS NOR WE WERE INFORMED BY AIRTEL FOR ANY SUCH ACTIVATION. DESPITE OUR REPEATED PLEA AND CLARIFICATION, 121/198 REFUSED TO REFUND OF WRONG DEDUCTIONS AND EVEN DECLINED TO EVEN REGISTER COMPLAINT AND DIRECTED TO GO TO AIRTEL WEBSITE FOR LODGING COMPLAINT.
ON AIRTEL WEBSITE, DESPITE BREAKING OUR HEAD, WE COULD NOT FIND ANY WINDOW TO LODGE COMPLAINT.
IT IS SHAMEFUL ON PART OF AIRTEL NOT TO HAVE PROVISION FOR LODGING COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND NOT ALLOWING THEIR CALL NCENTER PEOPLE TO REGISTER THE SAME.
WHAT AN AGGRIEVED CUSTOMER SHOULD DO TO BE HEARD OF?

II) IN JAN TOO, AIRTEL HAD UNAUTHORISEDLY DEDUCTED SUBSTANTIAL MONEY ON ACTIVATION OF THIS OR THAT PACK. AFTER TREMENDOUS EFFORTS, I COULD RECOVER PART OF SUCH MONEY. AT THAT TIME I HAD REQUESTED THAT FOR WHOLE LIFE NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE SHOULD BE ENABLED ON MY NUMBER AND AIRTEL HAD ALSO CONFIRMED THAT NO ANY SERVICE PACK/PROMOTIONAL OFFER BE ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER. I RELIED ON THEIR ASSURANCE.
NOW I AM FOR A BIG SHOCK FOR AIRTELS ATTITUDE AND CONTINUANCE TO CHEAT ME.
A SHAMEFUL ACT ON PART OF AIRTEL TO CHEAT UNSUSPECTING PREPAID CUSTOMERS!

III) AIRTEL FIRST DEDUCTS UNAUTHORISEDLY GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR ACTIVATION OF THIS OR THAT PACK UNHEARD OF. THEREAFTER, CUSTOMER IS FORCED TO PAY CHARGES TO CALL THEM TO REGISTER FOR GRIEVANCES.
IF THIS IS NOT THE DOUBLE CHEATING BY AIRTEL THEN WHAT IT IS?
WHY ONE SHOULD PAY TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES TO SETTLE GRIEVANCES CREATED BY MOBILE SERVICE OPERATOR THEMSELVES?
SUCH CHEATING IS REALLY SHAMEFUL M/S AIRTEL.

IV) BESIDE REFUNDING BALANCE AMOUNT OF UNAUTHORISED
DEDUCTION, AIRTEL OF COURSE IS ALSO LIABLE TO PAY CUSOMERS SUITABLE COMPENSATION FOR THE STRESS CAUSED AND TO MAKE THEM SUFFER MENTALLY AND FORCING THEM TO DEVOTE A GREAT DEAL OF PRECIOUS TIME TO GET ABOVE ISSUES REGISTERD TO GET REFUND.
IT IS SHAMEFUL ON PART OF M/S AIRTEL.
