Internet on mobile not working

Hi,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that Internet is not working properly on my mobile in Mahindra World City area. I have complained about it on your customer care thrice but have never got any satisfactory resolution. Please note this problem is not faced only by me but by all other friends of mine who are using Air Tel. The consequence of which was my friends have applied for mobile number portability and i am also thinking about the same if my complain is not resolved as per my satisfaction.
