Refund for GPRS Activation

Dear Sir,

My Airtel prepaid connection No. is 9867821345. I lost my mobile on 14/07 so i have bought a duplicate sim card. Today on 11/08 Rs.98/- was been deducted from my account for GPRS but my mobile dont have such facility to use GPRS so i have deactivated it within half an hour & i have called Airtel customer care executive but he told i wont get refund because they have already activated it on my number.

But iam not going to use this service so why should i pay service charges for the same still they told they cant give me refund.

Please help me to get my refund since it is unfair with me.
