My name is Meiyalagan.

I am using this number (9677318727) for past two years. In my number, someother person's name was uopdated. To change the name, I submit my ID proof and Address proof many times. Also I made recreation process. But it was not changed till now... According to the info from Nodal and Appellate, I give my documents one more time for recreation.

I mailed to Nodal And Appellate officers for this reason from 08-08 onwards.

But, there is no response. Also they didn't provide me the documents also.

What I have to do?

How to resolve this problem?
