AUTO ACTIVATION OF SERVICE

On 29/08, Airtel service debited the amount for activating Value added service on 9892389334 which i have not asked for. The company is going on making lots of bucks by just debiting customers without them asking for any services. For calling customer care also now we have to pay the money and they don't come on the line also quickly so we have to pay more. I think that since they are not getting many new subscribers and old one are going to other service providers, the company has started this techniques to collect the fund from the existing customers. On calling they are refusing to repay the amount they have dedcuted.
