Unnecessary Deduction of balance and deactivation of offe

Mobile no. 9871708281. I recently bought a Nokia N8 and was given an offer by Airtel that I will be receiving free 2 GB of internet usage for next 6 months. It was received for the month of August but it got deactivated for the month of Sep without any prior information and my consent. I was not aware of it and was using net as usual. My balance was unnecessarily deducted for the service which was offered to me for free. I called Airtel customer service "198" on 2nd Sep 2011 and lodged a complaint regarding same. They told me that my issue will be resolved by 5th Sep 2011 by 6.00pm. I didn't received any call and my problem was not solved till today, 6th Sep 2011. I called again today where the executive told me .that my problem is still not solved and he will transfer the call to a senior. The call got disconnected at the same time and again disconnected when I called 2-3 times. Till now I am unable to contact them. I have lodged complaints regarding unnecessarily deduction of balance and activation of services on my number, earlier also with Airtel. I don't why Airtel is not keeping their customers satisfied being the most trusted company.
