Unnecessary account balance reduction

Hi...

Why is airtel unnecessarily charging amount on some unwanted services. Today I got Rs.30 deducted for airtel radio. I just answered the call and ended it. I didn't even press any other key. This is ridiculous. And to talk to the customer care executive why dont you have a straight menu. I have been attempting 6 times to talk to the executive but my call gets cut. I have been using airtel from the past 10 years. Now I would seriously give second thoughts if things like this happen and reaching out to a cutomer service agent is a herculean task. This is not the first time the reduction is taking place.
