I had recharged my phone for Value 249, which says it will be a full talk time.

After I made 1 call for 2-3 mins, I started getting messages every 5 mins, each showing some deductions and reduced balanced, without calling anyone.

I had made n number of calls to all customer care numbers with comlaint number, but use, just got comlaint number and no action.
