My mobile no-9932366033 and sim no-89915100000050505595 replaced by PUJA SALES CORPORATION (JHARGRAM) without any cause, i used my sim dated on (20th nov) 11:30AM, I Complain my nearest Police Station (Binpur) on 22.09.11 my GDE no-990 of 22.09.2011

So, sir Please take some step aganist this corporation.
