Blocking outgoing calls without intimation just one month after submission of documents

Hi

Once again my outgoing calls have been blocked without intimation. My no. is 98920 70818. I had submitted all my verification documents on Nov 5 at around 12PM in their Chembur Naka gallery. The airtel staff had checked my original documents and verification form personally and said that there will be no problem now.

The mobile services were started after that.

Today is Dec 9 and my outgoing calls were blocked again today without intimation. The reason i got to hear was partial verification. They have again asked me to submit the documents in next 48 hours.

I am fed up of this. When airtel staff has verified my original documents themselves how is my verification status showing partial??

I am not sure how to overcome this repeating problem???

I have this mobile number since last 10 years...

Can airtel help me come out of this problem? or should i should change the service provider now..
