Automatic activation of value added services

I am a prepaid card holder of Air tel. From last some days automatically some charges are debited from my airtel balance. When I asked to customer care they told me the services which were not activated by me. I tried to stop the services with the help of SMS but it was not done and i received the answer that not a single service is activated on your mobile. But during these 8 days my balance in the mobile was debited as charges of the services which were not activated by me. So I kindly request you to credit the amount debited against these services.
