Balance deducting, don't know why?

Dear Sir,

Yesterday (2nd Feb) my account was debited of Rs. 30.00 and also a day before Rs. 30.00 was Debited, I don't know what service started in my mobile and how? but I don't want to start any unnecessary services in my mobile so please deactivate such services. My number is 9724825899.
