Illigal charging

My cell no is 9004581012. On 26Jan12 I received a message from Airtel. The message had just a link. I clicked the link mistakenly. after that it opened the link and displayed: THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING THE SERVICE. YOU ARE CHARGED RS 30. They charged this amount without giving any intimation or confirming

about charges.

I tried to cancel it by calling callcenter. but rs 30 is deducted from my balance. No refund.

Airtel is minting money this way by making fool of its customers. Airtel's call center is not ready to reverse that charges.

I called the call center.. I was kept on hold for 5 mins (for which I have to pay) and talked to them but all in vain. I incurred Rs5 on this call.

My complaint no is CBDOV20204466216.
