Validity of mobile internet usage is not updating

Sir/Madam,

today, 6/2 I recharged my mobile no-9650366280 for mobile internet for amount Rs 98.transaction id is1011569067.But usage validity is not updated. It is showing the same validity as 8/2 for previous month. So I am very upset.

So you are requested to resolve this matter as soon as possible as because my internet usage validity is till 8/2.I dont want to suffer any inconvenience.
