Balance Deducted

I got a msg fom airtel that your sms pack will be renewed and 67rs will be deduted from your account. The amount got deducted but each sms cost me 1rs. when i called customer care they said we will forward your complain and it will take three days. Today i got a call from airtel office they said dial *555# and deactivate your sms service and the company will refund your balace, so i deactivated it but my balance was not refunded. After that i got another call saying that next time you dont use this auto renew service its better you recharge from the dealer. Now you tell me what service is this they put me on hold for three days and this is what i got wastage of money and time.
