Enewal of GPRS pack eve after asking not to do

I am not sure whether posting here is of any help.!

i am using a prepaid number of airtel of bihar-jharkhand region. company has renewed gprs pack of rs60 on my no. even after asking them not to do so.

i am in roaming and unable to contact the customer care. customer care no of airtel-bihar, for roaming customers, i.e 09934099340 does not work. it seems all service providers, more or less, playing same dirty games.they need to penalized heavily for each and every incorrect charges.
