Sim Card Registration Failed

I am having airtel prepaid card number 9949131402 for last 7 years. And I am regularly using it and a number of my friends and relatives are having this number to contact me. But as I was in Gujarath for last three months for special training programe, I was not able to use or recharge my airtel number 9949131402. Recently when I returned my home and try to use my phone, I found airtel simcard registration is failed I need this number because it is my primary no. For the last 7 years. All my contacts are on it and it is infact, so please help me to activate my simcard with this number.

I am using this number for my SBI bank accounts and other Banks also.
